Len Sperry, MD, PhD, is Professor and Director of Clinical Training at Florida Atlantic University and Clinical Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He has practiced, taught, and written about CBT for over three decades and has had extensive formal training in CBT.
